"tattoo" chainmaille CHOKER

Remember those elastic 1990's"tattoo chokers"? Well, they are 100% deserving of the credit to what inspired this design. 
This is made to order and can be made looser than pictured. This piece here is inches long from clasp to end ring. 

It is made entirely of hand cut 7mm 18g jump rings 
(16g is available as well for a sturdier design and slightly tighter look) and chain (either sterling silver or antiqued brass chain).
