Chainmaille decorations are empowering and protective; they possess a unique aesthetic and have their place amongst contemporary art. 
However the look of chainmaille armor and the jewelry inspired by it has transcended the centuries and continues to inspire. The look is bold while remaining minimal and elegant. 

The piece pictured here is made from 18g brass wire hand made into many many jump rings. Each ring is assembled one at a time by hand and done so in a "helm chain" pattern.
